The WNBA’s minimum player salary for the 2025 season is $66,079. Under the WNBA collective bargaining agreement, a player on a new full-year contract cannot be paid less than that.

According to Spotrac, that is the minimum salary for players with 0-2 years of experience. If players have at least three years of experience, their minimum salary climbs to $78,831 for the 2025 season.

The current CBA is in place through the 2027 season. As the league’s popularity grows, players are expected to make more in the future.
