Who is the Highest-Paid WNBA Player in 2024?
Arike Ogunbowale (Dallas Wings), Kahleah Copper (Phoenix Mercury), and Jewell Loyd (Seattle Storm) are tied for the highest-salaried player in the 2024 WNBA season.
All three players have a league-best salary of $241,984.
This will be Ogunbowale’s sixth season in the WNBA, all of which have been with the Wings since being drafted with the No. 5 overall pick in the 2019 draft out of Notre Dame. Ogunbowale averaged 21.2 points and 4.5 assists per game last year.
Copper was traded from the Chicago Sky to the Mercury this past offseason. Copper spent seven seasons in Chicago, averaging 18.7 points and 4.4 rebounds per contest last year.
Loyd became the Storm’s top player last season, averaging a career-best 24.7 points per game. Loyd has been with Seattle since 2015.
