Cheryl Ford still holds the record for most rebounds in a WNBA playoff game, finishing with 23 during the Eastern Conference finals on Aug. 24, 2006.

Ford helped the Detroit Shock earn a 70-59 win over the Connecticut Sun. She collected 15 defensive rebounds and eight offensive boards in nearly 36 minutes of action.

No other player has recorded more than 20 rebounds in a WNBA playoff game.
