The Phoenix Mercury are responsible for the fewest points scored in a WNBA playoff game, finishing with 41 in their 18-point loss to the New York Liberty on Aug. 28 during the first postseason in 1997.
Interestingly enough, Phoenix also holds the record for most points scored in a WNBA postseason game.
Since the inception of the league in 1997, there have been 15 teams to score 50 points or fewer in a playoff game. The most recent team to do it was the Mercury in their 86-50 loss to the Chicago Sky in 2021.
