  • The total prize purse for Wimbledon 2025 is more than $70 million.
  • The men’s and women’s singles champions will each receive more than $4 million.

Wimbledon is arguably the most famous tennis tournament in the world, so it’s no surprise that the prize purse in London is obscenely high. 

Tens of millions of sterling pounds are paid out annually to competitors, from tournament winners all the way down to one-and-done teenagers who lose in their first qualifying match.

This year, Wimbledon has expanded its magnificent prize purse by more than 5%, with the grand total hitting the British equivalent of $72.8 million.

Wimbledon Payout: How Much Prize Money Will the Winner of Wimbledon Receive?

In 2025, each Wimbledon singles winner will receive £3 million in prize money, or roughly $4.12 million.
