The co-main event of the UFC Vegas 112 card on Dec. 13 will feature the featherweight clash between Giga Chikadze and Kevin Vallejos at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas.
With a perfect 2-0 record in the promotion since his debut last March, Vallejos is going to be the considerable betting favorite with -285 UFC odds. On the other hand, due to his two-fight skid, Chikadze will be the +240 betting underdog.

UFC Vegas 112: Giga Chikadze vs. Kevin Vallejos: Prediction
My prediction is a unanimous decision win for Vallejos over Chikadze simply because he’s the younger, more athletic, and better boxer. Once he measures the correct distance to fire his punches, he’ll go all out to inflict damage.
Chikadze may be the better kicker, due to his solid kickboxing background and a slightly longer leg reach, but I think Vallejos can withstand these kicks early in the fight, and when he does, it’s going to be a firefight.
The youth of Vallejos and the massive age difference are just too much at this point for Chikadze. And although he has the edge in experience, I think that he’s past his prime, while Vallejos continues his ascent to the top of the top 15 featherweight rankings.

Chikadze has been with the UFC since 2019 and has racked up eight wins and three losses. In his last five fights, he defeated Edson Barboza and Alex Caceres. However, he dropped the other three fights to Calvin Kattar, Arnold Allen, and David Onama.
Kevin Vallejos’ Recent Fight Results
Vallejos has finally earned a UFC contract in his second stint at Dana White’s Contender Series in September 2024 with a stoppage win over Cam Teague. He immediately racked up back-to-back victories inside the octagon with wins against SeungWoo Choi and Danny Silva.
