  • Israel Adesanya has the highest payout from the UFC 305 card, with $2.5 million.
  • Adesanya and Dricus Du Plessis are the only fighters from the card with seven-figure payouts.
  • Four fighters received Performance of the Night bonuses.

Dricus Du Plessis successfully defended his UFC middleweight title against Israel Adesanya in the main event of UFC 305, which took place inside the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. He was the betting underdog at BetMGM’s online sportsbook heading into the match against Adesnya, the betting favorite.

The defending champion submitted “The Last Stylebender” with a rear-naked choke finish in the fourth round. This latest win has extended Du Plessis’ reign as the undisputed king of the 185-pound division.

Elsewhere on the card, four athletes secured the additional $50,000 bonus, as Kai Kara-France and Carlos Prates received the Performance of the Night bonuses, while the lightweight clash between Dan Hooker and Mateusz Gamrot was hailed as the Fight of the Night.
