Formerly the Fortinet Championship, the Procore Championship was Sept. 11-14 at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California. This was the second year of Procore being the event sponsor.
A number of big names were in the field as the United States Ryder Cup team prepared for Bethpage Black. Of the 12 players, 10 were in the field. The only two not teeing it up were Bryson DeChambeau and Xander Schauffele.
In a thrilling tournament, Scottie Scheffler won for the sixth time on the PGA Tour this season. He finished at 19-under, good for a one-shot win over Ben Griffin.
The event had a $6 million purse.
