PGA Tour golfers made a lot of money during the 2025 season, and it wasn’t just the top-tier players.

(Here are all the PGA Tour winners from the 2025 season.)

There’s a great deal of parity on the PGA Tour, which makes golf betting both fun and difficult every week.

What’s the Total PGA Payout & Prize Money This Year?

There was over $400 million in prize money and payouts for grabs during the 2025 PGA regular season, as well as the three playoff events.

All PGA Tour signature events had $20 million purses.

Below is a running list of the winner’s share and purse breakdown for every tournament on the 2025 schedule, including the fall events.

RSM Classic Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Sami Valimaki $1.26 million
  • Purse: $7 million

  • Tournament date: Nov. 20-23

Valimaki won for the first time on the PGA Tour in the final event of the year. He finished at 23-under, which was good for a one-shot victory.

Butterfield Bermuda Championship Payout & Purse

Adam Schenk battled the windy conditions to pick up his first career PGA Tour win. He finished at 12-under, which was good for a one-shot win.

World Wide Technology Championship Payout & Purse

For the third time this season, Ben Griffin was a winner on the PGA Tour. He finished at 29-under, which was good for a two-shot win.

Bank of Utah Championship Payout & Purse

Brennan won by four strokes to pick up his first career PGA Tour win. He got into the field on a sponsor’s invite.

Baycurrent Classic Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Xander Schauffele, $1.314 million
  • Purse: $8 million

  • Tournament date: Oct. 9-12

Schuaffele won for the first time this season, finishing at 19-under, which was one shot better than Max Greyserman.

Sanderson Farms Championship Payout & Purse

Fisk won for the first time on the PGA Tour, thanks to a final round 64. That gave him a two-shot win, finishing at 24-under.

Procore Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Scottie Scheffler, $1,080,00
  • Purse: $6 million

  • Tournament date: Sept. 11-14

Scheffler won for the sixth time on the PGA Tour this season. He finished at 19-under, which was good for a one-shot win over Ben Griffin. Scheffler shot 64-67 over the weekend to win.

FedEx Cup/Tour Championship Payout & Purse

Fleetwood won for the first time on the PGA Tour. He finished at 18-under, which was good for a three-shot win.

BMW Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Scottie Scheffler, $3.6 million
  • Purse: $20 million

  • Tournament date: August 14-August 17

Scheffler came back from four shots down entering the final round to finish at 15-under, two shots better than Robert MacIntyre.

FedEx St. Jude Championship Payout & Purse

Rose had a terrific back-nine on Sunday to finish at 16-under and force a playoff with J.J. Spaun. He eventually won on the third playoff hole with a birdie.

Wyndham Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Cameron Young, $1.476 million
  • Purse: $8.2 million

Young picked up his first PGA Tour win in convincing fashion, winning by six shots. He finished at 22-under.

3M Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Kurt Kitayama, $1.512 million
  • Purse: $8.4 million

  • Tournament date: July 24-27

Kitayama won for the second time on the PGA Tour, shooting rounds of 60 and 65 over the weekend to finish at 23-under and win by a stroke.

British Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Scottie Scheffler, $3.1 million
  • Purse: $17 million

Scheffler ran away with his second major victory of the season. He finished at 17-under, which was good for a four-shot win.

Genesis Scottish Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Chris Gotterup, $1.575 million
  • Purse: $9 million

Gotterup earned his first career PGA Tour win against a loaded field. He finished at 15-under, which was good for a two-shot win.

John Deere Classic Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Brian Campbell, $1.512 million
  • Purse: $8.4 million

Campbell won for the second time this season in a playoff over Emiliano Grillo. Both players finished at 18-under, and Campbell made par on the first playoff hole to secure the victory.

Rocket Classic Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Aldrich Potgieter, $1.728 million
  • Purse: $9.6 million

Potgeiter won for the first time on the PGA Tour, defeating Max Greyserman on the fifth playoff hole. Chris Kirk also finished at 22-under but was eliminated on the second hole.

Travelers Championship Payout & Purse

Bradley won this event for the second time in three years. He birdied the final hole, while Tommy Fleetwood bogeyed to give him a one-shot victory.

U.S Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: J.J. Spaun, $4.3 million
  • Purse: $21.5 million

  • Tournament date: June 12-15

Spaun picked up his first career major. He made a long birdie on the 72nd hole to finish at 1-under and give him a one-shot win.

RBC Canadian Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Ryan Fox, $1,764,000
  • Purse: $9.8 million

Fox won for the second time this season, taking down Sam Burns on the fourth playoff hole. Both players finished the event at 18-under.

The Memorial Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Scottie Scheffler, $4 million
  • Purse: $20 million

  • Tournament date: May 29-June 1

Scheffler won this event for the second straight year. He finished at 10-under, which was good for a four-shot win.

Charles Schwab Challenge Payout & Purse

Griffin picked up his first solo win on the PGA Tour, finishing at 12-under for the week, which was good for a one-shot win.

PGA Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Scottie Scheffler, $3,420,000
  • Purse: $19 million

  • Tournament date: May 15-18

Scheffler won his third career major. Entering the final round with a three-shot lead, he was tied with Jon Rahm at one point early on the back-nine, but he pulled away for a five-shot win. This was his second win of the season and in back-to-back starts.

Truist Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Sepp Straka, $3.6 million
  • Purse: $20 million

  • Tournament date: May 8-11

Straka won for the second time this season. He finished at 16-under, which was good for a two-shot win. The event was held at the Philadelphia Cricket Club, as Quail Hollow will be hosting the PGA Championship.

The CJ Cup Byron Nelson Payout & Purse

Scheffler won for the first time this season. He finished at 31-under, which was good for an eight-shot victory. The 31-under score also tied the PGA Tour record for a 72-hole event.

Zurich Classic of New Orleans Payout & Purse

Both Novak and Griffin picked up their first PGA Tour wins in the lone team event on the PGA Tour. The pair finished the event at 28-under, good for a one-shot win. The pairs played a best ball format Thursday and Saturday, and then alternate shot Friday and Sunday.

RBC Heritage Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Justin Thomas, $3.6 million
  • Purse: $20 million

  • Tournament date: April 17-20

Thomas earned his first PGA Tour win since 2022 in a playoff over Andrew Novak. Thomas made a birdie on the first playoff hole to pick up the victory. Both players finished at 17-under.

Masters Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Rory McIlroy, $4.2 million
  • Purse: $21 million

  • Tournament date: April 10-13

In a thrilling tournament, McIlroy completed the career Grand Slam with a playoff win over Justin Rose. McIlroy had a lead on the back-nine but made double bogey on 13 and bogeys on 14 and 18, mixed in with birdies on 15 and 17.

Valero Texas Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Brian Harman, $1.710 million
  • Purse: $9.5 million

  • Tournament date: April 3-6

Harman won for the fourth time on the PGA Tour and for the first time since the 2023 Open Championship. The lefty finished at 9-under, which was good for a three-shot win. Windy conditions gave the players fits over the weekend. Harman was able to win despite shooting a 3-over 75 in the final round.

Texas Children’s Houston Open Payout & Purse

Lee won for the first time on the PGA Tour, finishing at 20-under. That gave him a one-shot win over Scottie Scheffler and Gary Woodland. He entered the day with a four-shot lead.

Valspar Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Viktor Hovland, $1.566 million
  • Purse: $8.7 million

  • Tournament date: March 20-23

Hovland bested Justin Thomas down the stretch to pick up his first PGA Tour win since the 2023 Tour Championship. He finished at 11-under, one better than Thomas.

Players Championship Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Rory McIlroy, $4.5 million
  • Purse: $25 million

  • Tournament date: March 13-16

McIlroy picked up his second career Players Championship win. It needed to be decided on Monday with a three-hole aggregate playoff against J.J. Spaun after both players finished the event 12-under. McIlroy easily won the playoff after Spaun put his tee shot in the water on 17 and made a six.

Arnold Palmer Invitational Payout & Purse

Henley claimed his fifth career PGA Tour win. He finished at 11-under, one shot better than Collin Morikawa. Henley’s 2-under 70 on Sunday was highlighted by an eagle chip in on the 16th hole.

Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches Payout & Purse

Highsmith won for the first time on the PGA Tour. The 24-year-old finished at 19-under, good for a two-shot win, thanks to back-to-back 64s on Saturday and Sunday.

Mexico Open at VidantaWorld Payout & Purse

Campbell won for the first time on the PGA Tour. He took down Aldrich Potgieter on the second playoff hole. Both players made par on the first playoff before Campbell birdied the second.

Genesis Invitational Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Ludvig Aberg, $4 million
  • Purse: $20 million

  • Tournament date: Feb. 13-16

Aberg won for the second time on the PGA Tour. He shot a final round 66 to win by a shot over Maverick McNealy. Aberg had four birdies on the back-nine to claim the victory.

WM Phoenix Open Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Thomas Detry, $1,656,000
  • Purse: $9.2 million

  • Tournament date: Feb. 6-9

Detry won for the first time on the PGA Tour. He finished at 24-under, which was good for a seven-shot win. He birdied the final four holes in the final round.

AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am Payout & Purse

McIlroy added another iconic course to places he’s won as he finished two shots ahead of Shane Lowry. McIlroy shot a final round 66 to win for the 27th time on the PGA Tour.

Farmers Insurance Open Payout & Purse

English won for the fifth time on the PGA Tour. He finished at 8-under, which gave him a one-shot victory over Sam Stevens. Windy conditions provided a tough test on Sunday and he was able to win despite shooting a 1-over 73.

The American Express Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Sepp Straka, $1,584,000
  • Purse: $8.8 million

  • Tournament date: January 16-19

Straka won for the third time on the PGA Tour. He finished at 25-under, which gave him a two-shot win over Justin Thomas.

Sony Open in Hawaii Payout & Purse

  • Winner & Payout: Nick Taylor, $1,566,000
  • Purse: $8.7 million

Nick Taylor won for the fifth time on the PGA Tour in a playoff over Nico Echavarria. It was a thrilling final round, including Taylor chipping in for an eagle on the 18th hole in regulation to get into the playoff.

  • Winner & Payout: Hideki Matsuyama, $3.6 million
  • Purse: $20 million

Matsuyama set a PGA Tour scoring record for a 72-hole event. He finished at 35-under, which gave him a three-shot win over Collin Morikawa. He shot 65 for three days and then shot a 62 on Saturday.
