  • The PGA Championship from Quail Hollow is May 15-18.
  • Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy have the best odds to win at +500.
  • McIlroy, Justin Thomas and Xander Schauffele have some of the best course history.

The second golf major of the year is here with the PGA Championship from Quail Hollow Golf Club in Charlotte, North Carolina.

There are a number of storylines going into the week, including Rory McIlroy going for his second straight major at a course he’s won four times at before, Jordan Spieth going for the career Grand Slam, Justin Thomas looking to continue his recent hot streak at a place he’s won a PGA Championship before and many more.

Quail Hollow has hosted the Wells Fargo Championship for years, so this is a familiar venue for the players.

In the past, it has rewarded the longer hitters, as it plays to close to 7,600 yards, making it one of the longer PGA Tour courses.

Going into the week, McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler have the best odds to win at +500.
