The PGA Tour is back as the 2023 calendar year got underway Thursday with the first round of the Sentry Tournament of Champions from Kapalua, Hawaii.
Three players — Collin Morikawa, J.J. Spaun and Jon Rahm — share the lead at 9-under, but Rahm (+260) has the best golf odds to win by far.
The second round will be played on Friday, and with only 39 players being in the field for the first elevated event this season, there is no cut.
