After a team wins the Super Bowl, the Lombardi Trophy permanently remains with that team.

Is There Only 1 Lombardi Trophy Each Year?

There’s only one official trophy made each year, which remains with the team. Smaller replicas created (worth about $1,000 each) and distributed to all the players, in addition to the Super Bowl rings.

Unlike the Stanley Cup, which is engraved and passed onto the next winning team annually, a new Lombardi Trophy is made every for every successive Super Bowl.
