Tristan Wirfs is the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ franchise left tackle. After being drafted No. 13 overall in April 2020, Wirfs has become one of the top players at his position in the NFL.Â

On Aug. 1, Tristan Wirfs signed a five-year, $140.6 million contract extension, making him the highest-paid offensive lineman in NFL history.
For now, Wirfs is still playing on the fifth-year team option of his rookie deal. The extension will kick in for 2025 and run through 2029.Â

Tristan Wirfs will make $18,244,000 in salary for 2024. All of it is structured as base salary.
Beginning in 2025, Wirfs will make $28.12 million in average annual salary over the life of his extension.

Tristan Wirfs’ contract extension includes $88.24 million in guaranteed money.
