Titans Over Under Wins, 2025 NFL Win Totals

  • The Titans’ 2025 win total is set at 5.5 wins at BetMGM.
  • Tennessee earned only three wins in 2024, but it faces an easy schedule in 2025.
  • I predict the Titans clear their season win total in 2025.

For the 2025 NFL season, the Titans’ win total sits at 5.5 wins at the BetMGM online sportsbook.

The first season under head coach Brian Callahan proved a disappointment. Tennessee finished 3-14 and earned the top pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Tennessee selected Miami QB Cam Ward with the top pick and now sets out on attempting to win its first division title since 2021.

Here’s a look at the NFL odds for Tennessee’s 2025 win total and my Titans win total prediction.

Titans Win Total Odds

The Titans’ season win total is set at 5.5 games.

Oddsmakers rate the Titans as more likely to win at least six games. Currently, Tennessee is to clear its win total.

Comparatively, the Titans are to notch five or fewer wins for the second straight season.

Here are the 2025 NFL win totals for all AFC South teams:

Titans Win Total Prediction 2025

Tennessee Titans Over 5.5 Wins (-145)

Based on implied probability, the Titans are predicted to have over 5.5 wins with 60% confidence. Due to Tennessee’s bad luck in 2024 and their easy schedule in 2025, I predict the Titans finish Over 5.5 Wins (-145).

While it’s a lot of juice to lay on a bad team, the Titans ran pretty unlucky in 2024.

Per pro-football-reference.com, Tennessee finished as a three-win team compared to a 4.8-12.2 expected win-loss record.

Driving that gap? A penchant for Tennessee losing close games.

The Titans finished 2-5 in games decided by seven or fewer points. Tennessee also finished 1-5 in the division with four losses coming by eight points or fewer.

Since the schedule expanded to 17 games, seven teams finished with seven or fewer wins while underperforming their expected win total by 1.5 wins or more.

The next season, all seven saw at least a two-win improvement. For the five teams that earned five or fewer wins, all five improved by at least three wins.

Another factor giving me confidence that the Titans will clear their win total in 2025: the relative ease of their schedule.

Last season, the Titans faced the 13th-hardest schedule in the league, per ftnfantasy.com. That qualified as the hardest schedule amongst all four AFC South teams.

This season, the schedule is significantly less intimidating.

New England, Cleveland and New Orleans qualify as the unique opponents for Tennessee. All 17 opponents combine for win totals of 129, the easiest set in the entire league.

Head coach Brian Callahan, who I like to win NFL Coach of the Year, leads a team that faces only six games against playoff teams last season.

Two of those games come against Houston, with three of the other four coming at home.

Given that schedule, six wins for the Titans feels manageable, especially in one of the weakest divisions in the NFL.

Most Wins in Titans History

The Titans’ franchise record for most regular season wins is 13, which has happened three times: 1999, 2000, and 2008.

Fewest Wins in Titans History

The Titans’ franchise record for the fewest regular-season wins is one. All three seasons were when they were the Houston Oilers. Since moving to Tennessee, the Titans’ lowest win season was in 2014 with two.
