Barkley’s contract has several performance incentives and escalator clauses that add millions to his potential income. He hit many of those incentives in 2024, including a $500,000 salary escalator for rushing for 1,000 yards in a season where the Eagles won the Super Bowl.Â
Saquon Barkley Salary
Saquon Barkley will make $16.5 million from his NFL contract in 2025. That’s before any potential performance incentives are factored in.
Most of that money is structured as a $15.08 million option bonus. He also receives the veteran minimum NFL salary of 1.17 million, plus a $250,000 workout bonus.Â

After signing the 2025 extension, all of Saquon Barkley’s 2025 and 2026 NFL contract income is fully guaranteed.
