Orr, who played three seasons with the Ravens from 2014-16, has mostly worked with that organization.Â
After an injury ended his playing career, Orr began coaching with Baltimore in 2017.Â
From 2017-20, Orr worked as a Ravens defensive analyst. He briefly left Baltimore in 2021 to work with Jacksonville as an outside linebackers coach.Â
One year later, Orr moved back to Baltimore. For two seasons, he worked as the team’s inside linebackers coach.Â
At 32, Orr became Baltimore’s defensive coordinator in 2024. Baltimore promoted him after Mike MacDonald left to take Seattle’s head coach position.Â
Orr enjoyed decent success last year in his debut season. The Ravens finished 10th in yards allowed and ninth in points allowed.Â
He also coordinated a defense that led the NFL in rush yards allowed. For the season, Baltimore allowed only seven rushing touchdowns.Â
