The longest non-scoring plays in NFL history belong to Percy Harvin and Ameer Abdullah.
On Nov. 27, 2011, Minnesota Vikings’ receiver Percy Harvin ran 104 yards on a kickoff return against the Atlanta Falcons. He was tackled at the 3-yard line, but Minnesota couldn’t score on this drive despite the great field position. Atlanta also won the game, 24-14.
Four years later, Detroit’s Ameer Abdullah returned a kick 104 yards against the Green Bay Packers, getting tackled at the half-yard line. The Lions would go on to win that game, 18-16.
