Longest Kick Return in Super Bowl History

In this Nov. 11, 2012, file photo, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones (12) looks back as he returns a kickoff 105 yards for touchdown during the second half of an NFL football game against the Oakland Raiders in Baltimore. Each of the eight teams still standing in the playoffs can thank their special teams for helping to get them there. That's just one reason players remain upset that Commissioner Roger Goodell has floated the idea of abolishing kickoffs altogether. Jones returned two kickoffs for touchdowns this season.

Jacoby Jones’ 108-yard touchdown return from Super Bowl XLVII is the longest kick return in Super Bowl history.

It’s also the longest play in Super Bowl history. Shortly after it happened, the lights famously shut off during the game.

Jones and the Ravens ultimately won a classic 34-31.
