Ben Roethlisberger is the last Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback to have at least 30 touchdown passes in one season.

In 2020, Roethlisberger passed for 33 touchdowns when Pittsburgh went 12-3. Overall, he threw for 30 touchdowns four times.
