The quarterback-receiver duo of Charley Johnson and Sonny Randle was unstoppable, with Johnson throwing for 310 yards and six touchdowns with Randle recording 198 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Bobby Joe Conrad rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns in a matchup at Soldier Field where the Redskins didn’t put up points until the third quarter.
