Favorite to Win the 2025 NFL Coach of the Year

Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel (+175) is the current favorite to win Coach of the Year.

At that price, Vrabel’s implied probability to win Coach of the Year is 36.4%. Week over week, his price dropped from -250 for a 71.4% implied probability.

NFL Coach of the Year Odds 2025

A big shakeup occurred in the NFL Coach of the Year odds after Week 15. Mike Vrabel, a -250 favorite before the week’s action, dropped to +135 to win his second Coach of the Year honor.

That shift came after the Patriots blew a 21-0 lead against the Bills in a 35-31 loss.

Surging up the odds board is Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald. After a 38-37 win over the Rams on TNF, Macdonald’s price moved to +200 from +475 before the contest.

Another beneficiary for the award after Seattle’s win is 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan. San Francisco, by winning out, could earn the NFC’s top seed. Accordingly, Shanahan moved from +600 to +300 to win Coach of the Year.

Rounding out the short shots are Jaguars head coach Liam Coen (+800) and Bears head coach Ben Johnson (+1000).

Johnson faces a stiff test in Bears vs Packers on Saturday and could see a price hike if Chicago wins.
