Rallis acquired eight years of NFL experience, including the upcoming season. He moved to Arizona before the 2023 season, along with current head coach Jonathan Gannon.Â
Last season, Arizona enjoyed a strong leap in its defensive metrics. In 2023, the team ranked 25th in yards allowed and 31st in points allowed.Â
For 2024, the Cardinals finished 21st and 15th in those respective metrics.Â
Before Arizona, Rallis worked two years with the Philadelphia Eagles. There, he coached Philadelphia’s linebackers under Gannon, the team’s DC.Â
To round out his NFL experience, Rallis spent three years with the Minnesota Vikings (2018-20).Â
In Minnesota, Rallis worked all three years in defensive quality control. For his final season, he also served as the team’s assistant linebackers coach.Â
Prior to Minnesota, Rallis spent a year working for Wake Forest in quality control.Â
