Bo Nix helped the offense-starved Broncos make the playoffs during his 2024 rookie season. Now, expectations are very high in Denver.

Many futures bettors think this is the year someone finally unseats the Chiefs in the AFC West. They’re targeting the Broncos’ odds accordingly.

They may have a point. In the modern NFL, a team with an effective quarterback on a rookie contract is often in its Super Bowl window. With Bo Nix locked up for a few more years of cheap quarterback play, Denver could be a very dangerous team, indeed.

Bo Nix Contract

Bo Nix signed a four-year, $18.6 million rookie contract with the Broncos. The contract is fully guaranteed.

Bo Nix 5th Year Option

Like all first-round picks, Nix’s rookie contract can be extended by the Broncos as part of his fifth-year option. That extension would govern the 2028 NFL season.

Bo Nix Salary

Bo Nix will make about $1.65 million from his NFL contract in 2025.

That money breaks down into $960,000 in base salary, plus a $681,053 roster bonus and an $8,505 workout bonus.

Bo Nix Signing Bonus

Bo Nix’s signing bonus for his rookie contract totaled $10,356,848.
