Biggest NFL Upsets by Point Spread of Last 20 Years

Since the 2005-06 NFL season, 168 teams have been an underdog of at least 14 points in a regular-season or postseason game. The underdog has covered the spread 85 times and pushed five times for an ATS (against the spread) winning percentage of .521.

The underdog has only 13 of those 168 games.  The Miami Dolphins are the only team to win twice as an underdog of at least 14 points, while the New Orleans Saints and Pittsburgh Steelers are the only teams to lose twice as favorite at least 14 points.
