- I predict Derrick Henry finishes over 81.5 rushing yards (+100) against New England.
- My prediction for Zay Flowers’ over/under receiving yards prop (61.5 yards).
Off a home loss against the Bills, New England will try to recover on SNF in Ravens vs Patriots.Â
In addition to the pregame spread and total, bettors can now find NFL odds for player props at the BetMGM online sportsbook.Â
Below, I’ve outlined a pair of player prop predictions for the AFC matchup. Odds are reflective at time of writing and are subject to movement.Â
Ravens vs Patriots Prediction: SNF Player Props
Derrick Henry Over 81.5 Rushing Yards (+100)
New England lost Milton Williams eight plays into Week 11 against the Jets. Consequently, the rush defense has completely fallen off a cliff.Â
Not since Week 9 have the Patriots kept an opponent under 100 rushing yards. Last week, the defense allowed 168 rushing yards to Buffalo, including 107 yards to James Cook.Â
Devin Singletary and Tyrone Tracy combined for 104 yards on the ground. Then, Chase Brown racked up 107 yards on only 19 carries.Â
Baltimore falls between Buffalo and Cincinnati in rush offense DVOA. Plus, Henry has started to excel of late.Â
In his first five games, Henry cleared this number once. Since October 12, he amassed over 78.5 yards five times in nine games.Â
That includes two straight games over 90 yards. With a favorable matchup, I predict he will clear this benchmark for the third consecutive contest.Â
Zay Flowers Over 61.5 Receiving Yards (-115)
Flowers rates out as one of the best receivers against man coverage this year. He gets a matchup against that scheme vs. New England’s defense.Â
Only four receivers have amassed more yards against man coverage than Flowers: George Pickens, CeeDee Lamb, Puka Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba.Â
Flowers produced his best game this season two weeks ago against Pittsburgh. He notched eight receptions on 11 targets for 124 yards against Pittsburgh.Â
New England runs man coverage at a slightly lower rate than Pittsburgh. Still, New England runs the scheme at the league’s eighth-highest rate (Pittsburgh ranks second).Â
This season, New England has struggled to defend top receivers.Â
The Patriots rank 32nd in DVOA against WR1, allowing 6.5 receptions for 64.7 yards on average.Â
Irrespective of scheme, Flowers cleared this benchmark in nine games. He notched at least 60 yards in 10 of Baltimore’s 14 contests.Â
Given those outputs, I predict he once again shines vs. man coverage and clears the number.Â
