The Phoenix Suns have a win total of 30.5 at the BetMGM online sportsbook ahead of the 2025-26 NBA season.

After a disastrous 36-46 finish last year, the Suns overhauled their roster. They traded Kevin Durant to the Houston Rockets, landing Jalen Green, Dillon Brooks, and the No. 10 pick that they turned into Khaman Maluach. They also traded for former Charlotte Hornets center Mark Williams.

Even with a different roster, the NBA odds don’t give the Suns much of a chance next year.

Suns Over/Under Wins 2025-26

  • Over 30.5 wins: -120
  • Under 30.5 wins: +100

Suns Win Total Prediction

  • Over 30.5 wins

As gross as it might seem, this is a buy-low spot on the Suns.

Phoenix hasn’t finished with fewer than 34 wins in a season since 2018-19. The Suns have no reason to tank, given their limited draft assets, and they remain motivated by their short-term outlook. They traded two first-round picks for Williams on draft night to add a starting center.

The thing is, Phoenix has built an intriguing team that could have more upside than this over/under would suggest.

Williams, 23, hasn’t been able to stay healthy through three seasons. But he still has enough potential for teams to believe in him, such as the Suns and the Los Angeles Lakers, who rescinded a trade for Williams last year after a failed physical.

Green, 23, was the leading scorer for a Rockets team that claimed the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference last year. Brooks provides another defensive weapon after Ryan Dunn excelled in that role as a rookie last season.

The Suns are making a lot of upside bets to build a supporting cast around four-time All-Star Devin Booker. This is officially his team again, and he’s thrived in a leading role before when he guided the Suns to an NBA Finals appearance.

Phoenix should be in the play-in mix this year, suggesting value on this win total.
