Jokić is the obvious MVP favorite at this point in the season, which would mark his fourth trophy in five years. He’s nearly averaging a triple-double, putting the Nuggets on his back nightly.
The Nuggets are a flawed team, but Jokić helps cover up a lot of holes. The Suns, meanwhile, have dropped five of their last eight games.
This game means a lot to both teams in a competitive Western Conference. I’m happy to take the short price with Denver.
