DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES:

1. BetMGM is offering new and existing customers the opportunity to win a Grand Prize Package including tickets to both NBA Cup semifinal games and the NBA Cup championship game.

TO ENTER:

2. Log in to your BETMGM account and opt-in to the Sweepstakes via the Promotions section from 11/17/2025, at 12:00 PM ET through 11/28/2025, at 11:59 PM ET.
3. Once you have opted into the promotion, wager at least Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) in cumulative wagers on NBA parlays or SGPs during the Promotional Period (defined below) to earn one (1) entry. If your cumulative wagers during the Promotional Period are equal to the following amount listed below, you will instead earn the total aggregate entries listed below. All wagers must have minimum odds of +200 to be eligible. If you wager at least:
   • Fifty Dollars ($50) in cumulative wagers you will earn two (2) entries;
   • One Hundred Dollars ($100) in cumulative wagers you will earn five (5) entries;
   • Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) in cumulative wagers you will earn ten (10) entries; or

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:

13. This Sweepstakes is available to qualifying customers from 11/17/2025 at 12:00 PM EST through 11/28/2025 at 11:59 PM EST, unless terminated earlier in BetMGM’s sole discretion (the “Promotional Period”).
14. Drawings will take place at least one (1) day after the conclusion of the Promotional Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY:

15. The Parlay Your Way To Vegas (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or DC (excluding residents of Florida and New York) and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (unless otherwise excluded by Sponsor in accordance with applicable law), playing physically within the state of AZ, CO, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, VA, WV, or WY (for those entering via the Wager method (as described in Section 4 below)), and have an active, KYC verified BETMGM account (“BetMGM Account”). NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams shall collectively be known as the “NBA Entities”. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants. The Sponsor additionally reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict the eligibility of any individual to participate in this Sweepstakes for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on Participant’s wagering patterns or wagering history.
16. Additionally, any individual with a BetMGM account on any product in one (1) or more jurisdictions where the Sponsor operates, that has been involuntarily closed, suspended (including any accounts in cool-off status), or where such account has been marked as fraudulent, is ineligible to participate in, and/or receive a prize, for this Sweepstakes even where such entrant may seek entry in this Sweepstakes through an active account in another jurisdiction.

ACTION REQUIRED:

17. How to Participate: No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Each Participant may earn up to 25 entries during the Promotional Period, as set forth below. You may enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways:
    1. Wager Method: Once you have logged into your BetMGM account and opted into the Sweepstakes, you may earn one (1) entry by wagering at least twenty-five ($25) in cumulative wagers on NBA parlays or SGPs to receive an entry. Your wager must be received by Sponsor within the applicable Entry Period in order for it to be an eligible entry for that Entry Period. All wagers must have a minimum odds of +200 to be eligible.If your cumulative wagers on NBA parlays or SGPs during the Promotional Period are equal to the following amounts, you will instead earn the total aggregate entries listed below. If you wager at least:

    2. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – Email Entry: Participants may enter the Promotion via the AMOE. Participants may earn one (1) entry by providing the Participant’s complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), BetMGM Account user ID, and send to BetMGMSweepstakes@BetMGM.com with the subject line: “Parlay Your Way To Vegas”. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, the email entry is received when Sponsor’s Website’s servers record the entry information. Email Entry must be received during Promotional Period in order to qualify.

19. Any attempt by any Participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries, including by using multiple/different Sportsbook Accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods, will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries submitted by Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in section 1 above (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES:

23. If you created a BetMGM online gaming account via BetMGM Casino or BetMGM Poker, you do not need to create a new account.

25. To Create a BetMGM account, select “Register” and fill out the online registration form. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, winner(s) agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor, and their designees may, without any limitation or further compensation, use his or her name, voice, biographical data and/or likeness in any and all media now known or hereinafter devised, throughout the universe and in perpetuity, for any commercial purpose including, but not limited to, advertising and promoting the Sweepstakes or any other promotion, contest or Sweepstakes sponsored by Sponsor.
49. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) for any reason, including, without limitation, should an error, virus, bug, computer problem or other cause or issue corrupt, restrict, prevent or inhibit the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner from the remaining eligible non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, Sponsor determines a Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Participant or Sponsor’s representatives. 50. Each entrant must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account associated with the entrant’s submitted email address (if provided). If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the BetMGM account provided. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Each potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

52. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
53. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms & Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

The NBA Entities and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this Sweepstakes.

Participants in this promotion (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the NBA Entities and their designees and assigns may use the participant’s name, voice, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), permission or notification.

You understand that all information is being provided to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), YouTube, Google or any other social media where this Sweepstakes may be promoted, advertised or otherwise used to disseminate information relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for practices, terms or actions taken by any of these or other social media and web services sites. You understand that you are required to comply with terms and conditions of those social media platforms.
58. This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the United States and, more specifically, comply with eligibility requirements set forth herein. The use of any automated devices in connection with this Sweepstakes is prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware, software, or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions, or network connections, whether human, technical, or otherwise in nature. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security, or proper play of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment resulting from or relating to participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading/uploading any material related to this Sweepstakes. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. 59. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall in no way affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of any other provision hereof. Any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and the balance of these Terms & Conditions shall be construed and enforced as if these Terms & Conditions did not contain such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision.

WINNER’S SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

61. The drawing for the Promotional Period will take place at least one (1) day after the conclusion of the Promotional Period. Three (3) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing by representatives of Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize drawing. Selected potential winner(s) will be notified via email and/or telephone.
62. Sponsor is not obligated to leave a voice recording or other message if the potential prize winner does not answer Sponsor’s telephone call. The selected potential winner will be required to respond to the notification with the required information within five (5) business days of the date and time notification was sent/attempted by the Sponsor, or the Prize will be forfeited. To receive the Prize, the selected potential winner must continue to comply with these Terms & Conditions and fulfill all requirements set forth herein.
63. Selected potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release (“Affidavit”) and an IRS W-9 form to Sponsor. If required by Sponsor, these documents will be sent out to the potential winners by email along with instructions on how to return them to Sponsor. In addition, each potential winner’s guest, if any, may (in sponsor’s sole discretion) be required to execute and return a release of liability as directed in order to participate in the prize as the winner’s guest. The selected potential winners may be required to provide their U.S. Social Security Number for tax purposes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification and Affidavit procedures in connection with the selection of any alternate winner. Sponsor may share each potential winner’s name and contact information with Sweepstakes Entities and/or any prize provider, as applicable, if necessary. Upon completion and acceptance of the Affidavit, and once a potential winner provides the necessary proof of travel documents, if any, then he or she will be declared the winner.
64. In order to be verified as a winner and receive the Prize, potential winner must be in good standing with MGM Resorts and Sponsor including without limitation being current on all accounts and not previously excluded from any properties or services, and not be excluded under any applicable state regulations. If requested by Sponsor, potential winner must be willing to voluntarily submit to and complete a background check as a condition of continued eligibility.
65. PLEASE NOTE THAT EVEN IF YOU OR YOUR ENTRY IS IDENTIFIED AND/OR CONTACTED AS A POTENTIAL WINNER AT THE CLOSE OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU HAVE NOT YET WON A PRIZE. POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR AND MUST MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS AND THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE A PARTICIPANT WILL BE CONFIRMED AS A WINNER AND A PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED.
66. A selected potential winner may be disqualified (and may forfeit the prize) if such selected potential winner (i) is unreachable or does not timely respond to any communication from Sponsor (or its designee) (or if a winner notification is returned as undeliverable), (ii) declines or cannot accept, receive or use the Prize for any reason, (iii) fails to sign and return Affidavit within the required time period, and/or (iv) does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event that a selected potential winner is disqualified and/or is unable to satisfy the requirements herein, Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award the Prize to an alternate winner selected from among the remaining eligible entries (if necessary and time permitting) who successfully meets the requirements to receive the Prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to not award the Prize if Sponsor is unable to identify an eligible alternate winner (if any) to accept the Prize.

PRIZES:

67. Winner will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification and valid credit card at the time of check-in to cover incidentals and fees/services not included in the prize. 68. The two (2) tickets (4 in total) awarded are valid for the 12/13/2025 NBA Cup semifinal games (2 games) at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Seating type and location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize must be used for the event date listed above.

71. ERV of each Grand Prize Package is $5,000. Aggregate ERV of all Grand Prize Packages is $15,000. Actual retail value (“ARV”) of prize may vary based on, among other things, winner’s city of departure. Any difference between ERV and ARV will not be awarded. For any prize with an actual retail value (“ARV”) of six hundred dollars ($600) or greater, Sponsor will furnish an Internal Revenue Service Form 1099 to winner for the ARV of prize for the year in which prize was won.
72. As noted by government health officials, complete isolation from the COVID-19 virus or any other communicable disease is impossible. Accordingly, we cannot and do not promise to eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and cannot and do not promise that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. You acknowledge that we have informed you that our facilities are not risk-free, that it is possible that you may contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during your presence at our facilities, and that you freely choose to enter and/or reside in our facilities with awareness of the associated risks.
73. All details of prizes will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prizes are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. Restrictions may apply. Prizes are not redeemable for cash except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
74. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all expenses and travel costs including, but not limited to, all transportation, meals, incidental, surcharges, service charge or facility charges, personal charges at hotel, taxes or other expense, are the responsibility of each winner and his/her guest(s). Prizes are subject to availability, blackout days (which may include holidays, weekends and/or special events) and certain other restrictions. Limit one (1) prize per person. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all elements of a prize must be used in the same stay. Each guest of winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older, provided that the guest of a winner may be under the age of twenty-one (21) if the winner is the parent or legal guardian of such guest. If applicable, the prize is also subject to terms and conditions set forth in applicable prize certificate. The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater retail value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The value of the prize set forth above represent Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ERV thereof, and the actual fair market value of the prize will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. 76. TRAVEL MUST TAKE PLACE ON THE DATES SPECIFIED BY SPONSOR AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION OR PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED. TRAVEL COMPANIONS MUST BE 21+. THE POTENTIAL WINNER AND THEIR TRAVEL COMPANIONS WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF LIABILITY PRIOR TO TRAVEL. IF THE POTENTIAL WINNER ELECTS TO TRAVEL OR PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE WITH NO TRAVEL COMPANIONS, THE COMPANION’S ROOMS, FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AND TICKETS, IF ANY WILL BE FORFEITED AND NO ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION WILL BE AWARDED FOR THE TRAVEL COMPANION PORTION OF PRIZE.
77. NONE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES (DEFINED BELOW) NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILATES, EMPLOYEEES, OR AGENTS, SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF PRIZE, TRAVEL, OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF WINNER’S OR A TRAVEL COMPANION’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE PRIZE.
78. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW (OR MAY LIMIT) DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMERS WILL BE ENFORCED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
79. Sponsor reserves right to change dates. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to provide ground transportation in place of air transportation if winner lives within a reasonable driving distance of prize destination, as determined by Sponsor, and to award no additional compensation or substitution for the difference in prize value. Travel and hotel arrangements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Winner and guest (if any) must travel together on the same itinerary. The winner’s guest (if any) must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of winner notification. Winner and guest (if any) are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas (if applicable) prior to travel. In the event that the winner or his/her guest (if any) are unable to obtain a passport or visa prior to trip departure date outlined above the winner in question will forfeit the prize in its entirety and the prize may be awarded to an alternate potential winner at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of Prize(s), and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or any element of a Prize) for one of equal or greater retail value. The value of Prizes set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the Prize’s ARV, and the actual fair market value of the Prizes will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and will be final and binding and cannot be appealed or otherwise challenged. Any federal, state, and/or local taxes (including income and withholding taxes) and all other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize not specified herein as being awarded are winner’s sole responsibility, including without limitation, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities and souvenirs associated with the Prizes.
81. The Prizes are subject to certain Terms and Conditions as specified by the Sponsor. Restrictions may apply. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of the Prizes and are not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof.
82. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of winner and guest (if any). Winner and guest, if any, must comply with all applicable prize venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize. If winner chooses to redeem and/or participate in any portion of the prize with no guest, the remaining elements of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligations to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. 83. No changes may be made by the winner (or their guests) to the Prize details once any portion of arrangements has been made.
84. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, stated on-air, published online, or otherwise communicated to a potential winner, no potential winner of will be entitled to receive the Prize until Sponsor has verified such potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions and until such potential winner has completed and submitted all documents required by Sponsor.
85. In order to receive the Prize, winner(s) may be required to (i) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, state, or territory of the United States or by the United States federal government; (ii) complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 in its entirety, including with the winner(s) valid United States taxpayer identification number or social security number; and/or (iii) provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor, including without limitation, one or more liability release agreements relieving Sponsor, their parent and affiliates and their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, sponsors, prize provider and others from any and all liability with respect to Participant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and the receipt and/or use of the Prize. Any person who refuses to present a valid government-issued photo ID, to provide a valid social security number, and/or to provide or complete and sign any other documents required by Sponsor by the deadline will forfeit any and all prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to examine identification and may reasonably choose to accept or deny awarding the Prize based on the identification presented.
