Who Is the Offensive Coordinator at Texas A&M?

Collin Klein and Holmon Wiggins are the co-offensive coordinators at Texas A&M.

Klein, the former Kansas State bulldozer from the early 2010s, is up and coming as a young OC. He started his coaching career as a graduate assistant at K-State in 2014 and has mostly worked as a quarterbacks coach for the Wildcats since then. He branched out to Texas A&M in 2024.

Holmon Wiggins is older but similarly inexperienced as an offensive coordinator. He’s worked as a wide receivers coach at every stop since 2012, when he joined the Memphis coaching staff.

After two years as the Alabama receivers coach from 2019-20, Wiggins was elevated to Associate Head Coach on the late-era Saban staff. He joined the Texas A&M staff as a co-offensive coordinator (and receivers coach) for 2024, after Saban handed Alabama off to Kalen DeBoer.

Texas A&M has had plenty of head coaching drama in recent years, but the OC position has actually been pretty stable. Prior to Bobby Petrino’s arrival in the 11th hour of Jimbo Fisher’s tenure, Darrell Dickey ran the Aggies’ offense from 2018-22.

Noel Mazzone (2016-17) and Jake Spavital (2013-15) were the primary offensive coordinators under Kevin Sumlin. Kliff Kingsbury was there as OC for 2012 before taking the head coaching job at Texas Tech in 2013.
