How Many Times Has Tennessee Hosted College GameDay?

College GameDay has now been to Tennessee 12 times, including the Week 3 show from the 2025 season.

When Was the Last Time College GameDay Went to Tennessee?

Knoxville hasn’t been featured on the College GameDay schedule since 2022, during Josh Heupel’s second season. Then, Tennessee actually hosted the ESPN show twice in a four-week period, thanks to highly anticipated conference games against both Florida and Alabama.

The Volunteers won both games, firmly entrenching the good vibes of the Heupel era. A win against Georgia on Saturday would rival the magnitude of that 2022 win against Nick Saban’s Alabama team.

Right now, Tennessee football odds price the Vols as a short underdog.
