ESPN’s College GameDay schedule is closely tracked, with fans of dozens of teams hoping every week that Rece Davis and the gang will park their big trucks somewhere on the outskirts of their favorite college campus.
College GameDay bops around the country week after week, highlighting various teams, communities, and venues. The general feeling among fans is that GameDay regularly travels to certain major programs, but the show tries to avoid visiting the same location twice during the same regular season.
However, the history of the show actually tells a different story. It’s actually pretty common for College GameDay to visit the same campus twice in the same season.Â
That’s true all the way back to 1994. College GameDay only did six shows during its first real season of being on the air. Two of them were from Lincoln, Nebraska.
Below is the full, updated schedule of College GameDay’s return trips to various campuses.
