Ryan Grubb, Nick Sheridan, and JaMarcus Shephard are the co-offensive coordinators at Alabama.

Shephard and Sheridan followed head coach Kalen DeBoer to Alabama from Washington in 2024. Both worked as co-offensive coordinators in 2024.

At Washington, Sheridan coached the tight ends in 2022 and 2023, while Shephard primarily worked with the wide receivers. He was also the passing game coordinator.

DeBoer brought in Grubb for 2025. Unlike Sheridan and Shephard, he has several years of experience as an OC – most recently with the Seattle Seahawks in the NFL. Before that, he was DeBoer’s OC at Washington. He was at Fresno State from 2017 to 2021.

Alabama has a rich history of offensive coordinators, particularly during the latter half of the Nick Saban era. Prior names include Tommy Rees (2023), Bill O’Brien (2021-22), Steve Sarkisian (2019-20), Mike Locksley (2017-18), and Lane Kiffin (2014-16).
