Because of his previous world title triumph earlier this year, “Ice Water” will be the slight betting favorite in boxing odds at -160.

On the other hand, “Rocky” takes on the underdog role at +138, but intends to defy it with an upset victory over the Houston resident. It will be Hernandez’s first world title opportunity as he previously captured two minor titles, the WBC Youth Super Featherweight title and the WBC International Silver Featherweight title.
